Plans and colours for an atmospheric living room

During an extensive brainstorming session in our concept store, Femke and Justin discussed their wishes and ideas with Karin, one of our interior designers. We carefully considered every detail of their interior. From the ceilings to the floors and lighting, every element gets the attention it deserves. A striking aspect of their plans is the use of different colours to make each space unique. For example, they chose the shade Frosted Sand no. 374 as the base for the living room, including the ceiling, and the shade Amaze no. 535 for the long wall.

A bold choice in the kitchen and other striking elements

In the kitchen they go for a daring choice: all the current green elements, including the ceiling, are painted in the beautiful brown shade Golden Leaf no. 752 . This choice gives the kitchen a stylish and contemporary look. Other striking elements in their plans include the use of wallpaper behind the piano, here wallpaper from Arte from the Lino collection in the design Lignes 40507 will be used. Further details and finishes in the hall and staircase

In addition to the colors and materials, Femke and Justin have also thought about the finishing and details of their interior. For example, all the woodwork will be finished with LAB Binnenlak in a Satin gloss level and all radiators will be painted in the same color as the walls. The hall at the entrance will be painted in the shade Mushroom no. 287 . The staircase will be provided with the LAB Stair Coating in the shade Calm Mood no. 155 and the staircase, as well as the landing including ceiling, walls, doors and skirting boards, will be painted in the colour Mister MT no. 156 .

A personal touch in the bedroom and walk-in closet

In the master bedroom, a warm and romantic atmosphere is created with the color Bisou Bisou no. 829 , a grayed vintage pink shade. This color is applied all around on the ceiling, the walls, the skirting boards and the door. This creates a coherent whole and gives the room a calm and serene appearance. For the walk-in closet, the shade Satin Gray no. 551 was chosen, which will also embrace the entire room including the closet. A perfect match and will get an elegant look.

The color plan for the office and guest room

For Femke's office, a combination of the shade AMS Leaves no. 602 was chosen on one wall and the other walls, skirting boards, frame and ceiling are beautifully accentuated with the colour Poetic Pondicherry no. 58. For the guest room with sloping ceilings, the shade Mushroom no. 287 chosen for the walls, skirting boards and doors. The cabinetry and other elements in the room remain white, creating a nice balance between the colorful walls and the neutral accents.
