Wilsor Wood Fill Paste

Wood filler paste does not shrink and is very suitable for wood and concrete repairs. It can be cut, sanded and nailed like wood. Wood screws can be screwed in after pre-drilling a small pilot hole. Eazyfix Wood Filler

This Eazyfix Wood Filler is suitable for permanent repair of frames, doors, furniture and stairs with wood rot or other damage. Also very suitable for filling cracks, knots and joints. The first step in repairing wood rot is to ensure that all wood rot has been removed. Then sand the surface briefly with sandpaper. Measure the moisture in the wood with a wood moisture meter . Make sure the moisture percentage is below 18%. Then fill the wood with the wood rot filler. After the wood rot filler has hardened, sand it back to the original shape of the wood. Finally, it is just a matter of painting over.

This wood rot filler is made of high-quality epoxy . This keeps the repair elastic after curing and it moves with the movement of the wood, preventing cracks and making the repair last longer.

Curing: 4 hours at 20°C. After just 4 hours, the wood filler has completely hardened and you can work on the repair. Sand or paint the surface or easily apply a second layer of wood filler.

Processing time after mixing: 20 - 25 min. This gives you enough time to apply the wood filler to the wood and shape it precisely into the shape you have in mind.

Repair thickness: 5 – 20 mm deep. The wood filler is suitable for all types and sizes of repairs. Fill both small and large holes in wood up to 20 mm deep.

CAN BE SANDED AND PAINTED AFTER 30 MINUTES

Curing: 30 minutes at 20°C. After half an hour sand and paint the repair to finish it nicely and invisibly. This can take longer when the temperature is low and go faster when the temperature is high.

Processing time after mixing: 7 – 10 min. After mixing you still have about 10 minutes to apply the filler. You only need a small amount or all the time to apply it carefully and model it into the desired shape.

Repair thickness: 0 - 6 mm. The filler is suitable for repairs up to a maximum depth of 6 mm.
