Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped on business days. You have the following options:

Evening delivery: ordered before 23:59 = delivered the next working day in the evening by Trunkrs. (Only for NL & BE)

Day delivery: ordered on working days before 15:00 = delivered the next working day by PostNL. (Only for NL & BE)

Same Day Delivery: ordered on workdays before 11:00 = delivered the same evening by Trunkrs. (Only for NL & BE)

Some paint samples can be sent with PostNL letter mail at a reduced rate.

We do everything we can to make 'Ordered today, delivered tomorrow' come true. If transport companies are busier than usual, packages can sometimes be delayed . We hope for your understanding!

Pick up of orders
It is also possible to pick up your order at our concept store in Bussum. When completing your order, choose ' Pick up'. Picking up your order is free . Orders are usually ready within 1 to 2 hours . You will automatically receive an email. Always take your order confirmation, order number and identification with you.
