DESCRIPTION
Vestingh FX Wall Fixer is a primer and prevents absorption of newly plastered walls. This product is applicable for interior walls. Use Vestingh FX Wall Fixer on old lime paint layers that are not strong enough to allow a layer of paint to adhere. Also applicable to fix highly absorbent or powdery plastered or cement or gypsum plastered surfaces indoors. Solvent-free, low-odour and alkali-resistant, water vapour permeable and can be painted over with Vestingh and LAB wall paints.
Prevent leaking streaks and drip formation. These can remain visible. Therefore, start at the bottom of the wall and work upwards. The substrate must be fully cured, load-bearing and dry. Moisture percentage max. 4%. Moisture percentage of gypsum-based substrates max. 1%.

Not sure if your wall is already fixed (also called primed)? Then moisten the wall in a few places. If the water is absorbed into the wall, the wall is not primed yet. Does the water run down? Then the wall is already primed and fixing with the Vestingh FX Wall Fixer is no longer necessary.
Application: Use this product undiluted and apply with a roller or block brush.
Drying time: approx. 20 minutes.
Consumption of this product:
10-12 m²/liter based on average consumption .
How do you calculate the required amount of fixative?
Measure the length and height of the wall, multiply them together and then divide by 10. You have now calculated the number of litres you need for one layer of fixative.
For example: for a wall of 10 mx 2 m (20 m² : 10 = 2) you need 2 liters of Vestingh FX Wall Fixer for 1 layer of fixative.
Drying time: approx. 20 minutes.
Consumption of this product:
10-12 m²/liter based on average consumption .
