For VESTINGH PAINT • CRAFT • LIFESTYLE and LAB PAINT we are looking for a:

CUSTOMER CARE EMPLOYEE (24 - 32 hours per week)
 As a Customer Care Employee, you are the first point of contact for our customers and are responsible for providing high-quality customer service. You do this for both the customers of our concept store and our webshop.

As a customer care employee, you are the hero of our customers. This is what you will do:

What are you going to do?

  • You assist customers by telephone, chat, email and resolve their questions.
  • Complaints? No problem. You handle them with flair and make sure the customer is happy.
  • When problems arise, you are the savior who quickly switches and solves them.
  • You keep all customer information neatly in our high-tech systems.
  • Educating customers about our fantastic products and services? You are their guide.
  • Collaborate with your colleagues to develop customer-focused solutions.

Our offer:

This is a versatile independent function in a team. You will work in a dynamic environment. The work location is Bussum. We offer you market-conform employment conditions. Salary indication €2,600.00 - €3,000.00 gross per month depending on age and experience. The working hours can be planned flexibly from Monday to Saturday.

We ask:

We are looking for an enthusiastic employee with MBO work and thinking level. Characteristics such as customer-oriented, proactive, solution-oriented, hands-on and initiative-rich fit you perfectly. Affinity with paint is a plus, but not directly necessary.
