DESCRIPTION

Farrow & Ball | Inchyra Blue no. 289

This aged blue-grey is inspired by the naturally dramatic Scottish skies that serve as the backdrop to the classic Georgian Inchyra House. It can be found on the external doors of their very impressive stable or barn that nestles at the bottom of a rather grey and imposing brae (also known as a hill). Such is the magic of Farrow & Ball’s colours, this moody shade can be more grey, blue or even green depending on the light. A great alternative to charcoal, use it to inject a splash of colour into a super contemporary home or create a dark and intimate feel by pairing it with Farrow & Ball Black Blue no. 95 or Farrow & Ball Vardo no. 288 . Use with Farrow & Ball Undercoat in Dark Tones .

Farrow & Ball is a high-quality paint brand, developed and produced in England.
All Farrow & Ball paints are water-based, low-odour and quick-drying.

SAMPLE JAR
Using a 100ml sample pot is an easy way to test colours in the room you are painting. Instead of applying directly to the wall, we recommend applying two coats of each of your sample pots to sheets of paper or card (the larger the better) and allowing to dry. Stick your painted sheets up in the room you are painting. Move them around the room to see how the colour changes throughout the day and in different light conditions. The sample pot contains Estate Emulsion, a high- quality, ultra-matt chalk paint for interior ceilings and walls (ultra-matt: 2% sheen).
