DESCRIPTION
Farrow & Ball | Cornforth White no. 228
Neither too warm nor too cool, Farrow & Ball Cornforth White no. 228 sits happily between Farrow & Ball Ammonite no. 274 and Farrow & Ball Purbeck Stone no. 275 to create a muted and calming haven. Named in memory of John Cornforth, architectural historian and author of the landmark publication English Decoration in the 18th Century, it contrasts with Farrow & Ball Wevet no. 273 to enhance its grey qualities. Use Farrow & Ball primer in White & Light Tones .
Farrow & Ball is a high-quality paint brand, developed and produced in England.
All Farrow & Ball paints are water-based, low-odour and quick-drying.
SAMPLE JAR
Using a 100ml sample pot is an easy way to test colours in the room you are painting. Instead of applying directly to the wall, we recommend applying two coats of each of your sample pots to sheets of paper or card (the larger the better) and allowing to dry. Stick your painted sheets up in the room you are painting. Move them around the room to see how the colour changes throughout the day and in different light conditions. The sample pot contains Estate Emulsion, a high- quality, ultra-matt chalk paint for interior ceilings and walls (ultra-matt: 2% sheen).
