DESCRIPTION
Farrow & Ball | Brassica no. 271
The rich lavender tones of Farrow & Ball Brassica No. 271 feel both feminine and charming in light areas, but become much more refined and greyish in darker areas due to an underlying hint of black. Named after the group of plants that include purple sprouting broccoli, this warm shade warms up cold rooms without appearing overly red. It is often paired with Farrow & Ball Elephant's Breath No. 229 and Farrow & Ball Skimming Stone No. 241 for a rich, modern feel. Use Farrow & Ball Undercoat in Dark Tones .
Farrow & Ball is a high-quality paint brand, developed and produced in England.
All Farrow & Ball paints are water-based, low-odour and quick-drying.
SAMPLE JAR
Using a 100ml sample pot is an easy way to test colours in the room you are painting. Instead of applying directly to the wall, we recommend applying two coats of each of your sample pots to sheets of paper or card (the larger the better) and allowing to dry. Stick your painted sheets up in the room you are painting. Move them around the room to see how the colour changes throughout the day and in different light conditions. The sample pot contains Estate Emulsion, a high- quality, ultra-matt chalk paint for interior ceilings and walls (ultra-matt: 2% sheen).
