Farrow & Ball | Setting Plaster no. 231

This dusty pink is named after the blushing walls we often admire in freshly plastered houses. Historically it is definitely pink, but it has a certain softness due to the addition of yellow pigment. Farrow & Ball's timeless Setting Plaster no. 231 makes a beautiful backdrop for antique furniture and also works incredibly well in combination with Farrow & Ball Tanner's Brown no. 255 in a more modern home. Use Farrow & Ball Primer in Mid Tones .

LIMEWASH
A highly breathable specialist finish suitable for interior or exterior walls and ceilings of traditional and historic buildings. This paint adheres to the underlying layer and becomes part of the building itself. Limewash is used on limestone, lime plaster and clay-filled wickerwork. As a result, this finish does not need Primer & Undercoat. Limewash gives a powder matte finish with a special depth of color that matures with time. Application requires specialist knowledge, which is why we recommend that you consult a painter or interior designer. Available in 5 liter cans (extremely matte: 2% gloss). Consumption 5 liters approx. 50 m².
