Not too warm and not too cool, Farrow & Ball Cornforth White No. 228 sits contentedly between Farrow & Ball Ammonite No. 274 and Farrow & Ball Purbeck Stone No. 275 to create a hushed and calm haven. Named in memory of John Cornforth, historian of architecture and author of the landmark publication "English Decoration in the 18th Century", contrasts with Farrow & Ball Wevet No. 273 to enhance its gray qualities. Usage Farrow & Ball Primer in White & Light Tones .

LIMEWASH
A highly breathable specialist finish suitable for interior or exterior walls and ceilings of traditional and historic buildings. This paint adheres to the underlying layer and becomes part of the building itself. Limewash is used on limestone, lime plaster and clay-filled wickerwork. As a result, this finish does not need Primer & Undercoat. Limewash gives a powder matte finish with a special depth of color that matures with time. Application requires specialist knowledge, which is why we recommend that you consult a painter or interior designer. Available in 5 liter cans (extremely matte: 2% gloss). Consumption 5 liters approx. 50 m².
