Archive Color Farrow & Ball Archive No. 227 is named after Farrow and Ball's traditional history and is a stronger, warmer version of Farrow & Ball Joa's White No. 226 . Regarded by many as a classic taupe, it feels slightly cleaner than Farrow & Ball Oxford Stone No. 264 and creates a rich glow in any room. This color works particularly well in dimly lit rooms if you want to create a cozy environment, but can be surprisingly orange in brighter areas. Use Farrow & Ball Primer in Mid Tones .

LIMEWASH
A highly breathable specialist finish suitable for interior or exterior walls and ceilings of traditional and historic buildings. This paint adheres to the underlying layer and becomes part of the building itself. Limewash is used on limestone, lime plaster and clay-filled wickerwork. As a result, this finish does not need Primer & Undercoat. Limewash gives a powder matte finish with a special depth of color that matures with time. Application requires specialist knowledge, which is why we recommend that you consult a painter or interior designer. Available in 5 liter cans (extremely matte: 2% gloss). Consumption 5 liters approx. 50 m².
