LAB Buitenlak is an extremely durable and weather-resistant alkyd paint for outside. This exterior paint flows excellently, can be processed from 0 degrees and has good coverage. Available in two gloss levels: satin and gloss.
Depending on the colour, surface and location, LAB Exterior Paint Gloss has a maintenance cycle of 10 to 12 years and LAB Exterior Paint Satin has an expected maintenance cycle of 4 to 8 years.
It is important to read the product advice carefully before application.
Consumption : Approximately 17 m² per litre.
How do you calculate the required quantity? Measure the length and width of the surface you are going to treat. Multiply this by each other and then divide this by the consumption per kilo. Now you know how many litres you need for 1 layer. For example: for a surface of 5 mx 2 m (10 m² : 17 m² = 0.6 litres) you need 0.6 litres of LAB Exterior Paint for 1 layer (calculated with a consumption of 17 m² per litre).
A good pre-treatment prevents most problems. The surface to be treated must always be strong, dry and free of dust and grease. Read the product advice for more information about the right pre-treatment. Always apply LAB Wood Varnish in 2 layers for an optimal and durable result.
